The Yorùbá people use Àṣẹ as a command to speak into existence. Àṣẹ is based on the power of Olodumare(God), which when utter makes things happen. (Professor Wande Abimbola)
By saying Àṣẹ when someone prays, you are commanding all the elements created by Olodumare to intercede on your behalf to ensure your request is manifested. Àṣẹ is basically the philosophical concept and power to make things happen.
Garment: • 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (Heather colors contain polyester)
• Fabric weight: 4.2 oz/yd² (142 g/m²)
• Pre-shrunk fabric
• Side-seamed construction
• Shoulder-to-shoulder taping
• Blank product sourced from Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico, Honduras, or the US
